Grievance Redressal Cell

VCPS boasts of having a Grievance Redressal Cell. The procedure is associate-friendly. A grievance would be filed and carried through different steps to an ultimate decision.

Objectives of the grievance handling procedure are as follows:

1. To enable the VCPS Associates to air their grievances.
2. To clarify the nature of each grievance.
3. To investigate the reasons for dissatisfaction.
4. To obtain a speedy resolution to the problem as soon as possible.
5. To take appropriate actions and ensure that promises are kept seriously.
6. To inform the VCPS Associates of their right to take the grievance to the next stage of the procedure, in the event of an unsuccessful resolution.

VCPS is having an eye on the Benefits of Grievance Redressal Cell for both the Company and its Associates which may be as follows:

1. It encourages Associates to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
2. It provides a fair and speedy means of dealing with genuine complaints.
